Clean hotel with friendly staff.
The shower was very small and water pressure inadequate. The bathroom felt dated and lacked proper amenities like a coffee maker in the room. I was disappointed with the dining options, particularly the overpriced dessert that did not meet expectations.

Superb, friendly service. Very good food. Ideal location for us, just outside of the old city, yet only 5 min walk to get there. Nice view over the coastline from our room. No parking problems if you come by car. Always clean and tidy everywhere. We recommend it without hesitation!

The hotel has fine views from the rooftop terrace, especially at sunset. Breakfast spread offered a good variety, including options for gluten-free eaters. Staff like Enzo were friendly and helped with local tips. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the charming old town of Ostuni. The parking can be challenging during peak times, a bit frustrating. The mattress wasn't to my liking, and the shower pressure was low. I enjoyed my time here but there are definitely areas they could improve upon.

Good service and really nice Antipasti when only ordering drinks in the evening instead of having a proper dinner there. They serve so much that it really fills up your belly with typical Italian delicacies such as stuffed figues, salted olives, foccacia, Italian crackers and many more!
Neat hotel, but no way a 4-star hotel!

We had a nice time. The breakfast was excellent, it had excellent meals. Every member of staff was pleasant. The ambience felt really elegant and the service was excellent! The hotel's location was great and brilliant in short walking distance of the historic centre. Popped in Enoteca Divino for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Perfect location, only a short 10-minute walk to the historical center. Amazing rooftop terrace with fine views and a refreshing breeze. The breakfast in the vaulted cellar was good, and the dinner at the restaurant was high quality for a reasonable price. Beds were super comfy 💕.

It is hard to find anything, but should something be picked on it must be the wi-fi coverage.

The hotel is very convenient for walking to the old town of Ostuni and has wonderful views over the countryside to the coast. Our room was clean and comfortable with towels changed daily. The staff made us very welcome and the evening meal was delicious, and plentyful. Perfect for exploring Ostuni on foot and central for driving to visit other towns / coast.

The Staff, The Hotel, The Food, and The Surrounding Town of Ostuni were all 20 Stars, but since you only allow 10 Stars, it deserves all ten! Upon arrival we were welcomed as warmly as if we were long lost family. Anna and Franka, two sisters in charge, were delightful. Our room was wonderful, cool with good air conditioning and the view was magnificent. Our meals at the hotel were beyond superb and we enjoyed them with our Swedish relatives who agreed. We enjoyed rose wine on the different terraces in the cool of the evening. We were invited to one of Anna's sister's hotel for dinner and it was like something out of a beautiful dream. The food, wine, pool, and environment were out of this world. Dominica, a lovely young lady who speaks excellent English, spent one hour with us trying to help our trip to Roma go smoothly. (In Rome the staff ignored us). We will return. We received Italian kisses from the staff upon leaving!
The breakfast was delicious, but always the same. My husband wanted American coffee, and it still tasted like expresso with milk. Suggestion: have the hotel purchase a Keurig machine with little pods of American coffee for those who must have their American blends. The second meal at Anna's sister's hotel was delicious, but there was way too much to eat. Hint: cut down on the Friday dinner portions. Wi-Fi was free, but a bit slow and there isn't a Lobby Printer.
